Be Safe and Have Fun, Razorbacks!

We are continuing our Wellness Wednesday lessons. So far we've talked about eating a healthy breakfast every day that includes a protein, a fruit or veggie and a whole grain.  Next, we've talked about eating 5-9 fruits and veggies daily, then yesterday we discussed limiting or eliminating sweet drinks.  On March 28, we will talk about limiting screen time to less than 2 hours.  Any student choosing to make one or more of these healthy lifestyle changes can be a guest on Wellness Wednesday via RDNN!  Contact Nurse Christie at 469-752-6209 or
